Badbwoy BMC releases Trill-Step album on SwishaHouse
Badbwoy BMC presents the next step in bass music with the long-awaited album titled Dubbed Out. Featuring an iconic guest roster of Texas’ finest rappers such as Paul Wall, Mike Jones, Bun B and Fam 420, “Dubbed Out” showcases what Badbwoy BMC coined as Trill-Step. In contrast to the popular Houston chopped and screwed sound of the 90’s, Trill-Step fuses the modern club sounds of dubstep and drum and bass with street level rhymes from the third coast. The album features 19 tracks, with 11 artists and four guest producers making appearances. In trill fashion, Dubbed Out will be released this Aug 1st 2012 via the renown Texas independent label Swishahouse.
For more than a decade Badbwoy BMC helped define Bass Music Culture in Houston, Texas. He first created the sound known as Trill-Step in 2006 and released the mixtape titled Welcome to Trill-Step on Swishahouse in 2010
